Capturing Vitals, HPI, and Review of Systems
Capturing the History of the Present Illness including vitals and the review of systems is managed in the exam room from a single screen. Once the information is captured the CC, Vitals, HPI, and ROS are automatically stored and updated on the problem list for other providers to use. PMH, Medications, Injections/Vaccines, Diagnostic Tests, Labs, and charges may be managed as well.
